I especially appreciated the aqua gym and the All inclusive service, and the opportunity to leave the kid for a little while when needed, like going to the room to get stuff (8 flights of stairs or three lifts!) My 9-year old liked the heated pool, the animation team (esp. Maria), the mini-disco, crazy games and getting a diploma!, the games hall, staying with the Scandinavian kids' team for a while, and the opportunities to make new friends

• Room: 7.5 I was pleasantly surprised that we got such beautiful views over Puerto Rico despite booking the cheapest room. We didn't mind all the stairs as we are able to walk and it was good exercise to burn some of those calories consumed

• Room: 5 rooms need to be brought into the 21st century. definitely need new bathroom take out old baths and replace with walk in shower
