• Positive: the location of the hotel and the services (jacuzzi, swimming pool, reception)
• Negative: the cooking (quality and variety), the buffet disposition not very coherent and practical (fr example, glasses far away from the dring machines, for breakfast the bowls far away from yougurt and fruits), the table tops too much used and cushions on the chairs dirty and to much used. Generally it needs some renewals and maintenance (rain into the lift and the pool area).

• Negative: Restaurant was a total cattle market, utter free-for-all, poor table cleaning, too small for the number of guests, poor meal rotation max low 3 star. Pools were very small, in need of total refurbishment

• Staff: 5 Some were great, some frankly didn't give a shit! Particularly restaurant table clearing staff ( i didnt say cleaning because in left hand restaurant they didnt do any cleaning and right hand restaurant was below acceptable clearing/cleaning standard

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 lo puntuo asi por que las instalaciones del miniclub solo pueden usarse alguna hora y algunos dias de la semana y otras son para mayores de 8 años.
