• Positive: The room. Not new, but very tidy and clean. And the terrace is big and nice. Everything in the room is working good. We liked the location a lot! Don't be afraid of the hight and going up and down the road, this provides you amazing views and some health ;) Plus this hill is just in the middle between Puerto Rico and Amadores beach, it's just 15 minutes walking to both of it, and the walking way is safe Good food all day. I really liked the variety and quality of food. We stayed only for 2 nights, one dinner was tematic "Mexican" with amazing guacamole another was not tematic, but there was a chocolate fountain where everyone could mare own chocolate coated fruits.
• Negative: In winter all pools are too cold, including the pool with heating and jacuzzi. Maybe if there was no wind it was possible to get enough heat by the sun that you want to take a cold bath, but it is pretty windy. Especially in the area of jacuzzi. I would prefer to have a choice of bigger cups for hot drinks in the common areas: for coffee it's ok, but for tea it's not enough.

• Negative: Fuimos de escapada una noche, no te permiten disfrutar de las instalaciones (piscina) luego del checkout. Entiendo que no calificamos para el almuerzo ni snacks, pero no dejarnos disfrutar de la piscina y tener que irnos a una playa cercana... La cena bastante deficiente. Por una noche de escapada no lo recomiendo.

• Positive: La comida inmejorable, la simpatía de los animadores, y recepcionistas. El jacuzzi espectacular, las vistas increíbles.
• Negative: El baño, apestaba hasta el punto de provocar y vomitar mi pareja incluso, teníamos que dormir con la puerta cerrada, tape los bajantes pero ni así. Una pena la verdad si todas huelen así.
