• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Ni siquiera nos acompañaron a la habitación el primer día. Nos dieron un mapa e indicaciones en otro idioma... para llegar a la habitación!!! La comida tampoco era de calidad.

• Quietness: 7.5 Excepto por los huéspedes del hotel que vuelven borrachos a sus habitaciones molestando a las de alrededor.
• Room: 2.5 Demasiado lejos de recepción. Teníamos que coger 4 ascensores más la caminata.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Clean and nice. My room was a little worn out. But good cleaning 5 times a week
• Location: 5 On the top of the hill. Quite steep to walk up and down to the mall or the beach. About 20 min walk to the next beach

• Staff: 10 I stayed over christmas with my family. And ALL the staff in the hotel did a fantastic job. The restaurant staff is so polite and professional. End everybody seems to give the little extra to make your stay as good as possible. Also the activities for the kids and the staff working there was excellent!
• Quietness: 5 Could be a little noisy in the evening. Mostly from other hotels around.
• Room: 7.5 Average rooms.
• Value for money: 10 Good Value. This was my first time at all inclusive. So I was really impressed with the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff
