• Positive: Good Service/Very Clean Linen and Towels Pleasant staff in Breakfast Room and Bar /Reception - Appreciated very much the Tea/Coffee Tray brought to room ! Hotel is in great location for Sol and Plaza Mayor/ Good shops / Restaurants etc. Thanks for good service!
• Negative: First room we were offered on 2nd Floor was not suitable as smelt strongly of cigarette smoke - in curtains/pillows/ and had to change to 5th Floor (with terrace was very comfortable and fresh bedlinen etc.)

• Staff: 10 By the end of the week, I felt I had new friends.
• Quietness: 7.5 Could hear a little from neighbors and the outside. Basically a quiet hotel so it was not a problem.
• Room: 7.5 Typical European....small.
• Value for money: 10 We got more than we expected. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was wonderful and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
