• Positive: El personal.
• Negative: Todo, empezando porque está orientado 100% al turismo inglés, pasando porque mis hijos durmieron una semana en cama y sofá cama con un colchón muy fino (se notaban las tablas del somier) y acabando porque la comida era repetitiva y de mal sabor.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 En las zonas comunes hay limpieza, aunque hay mucha gente hospedada y cuesta mantenerlo. Las habitaciones, tienen rincones.
• Location: 2.5 Muy al sur, tardamos mucho rato en coche para llegar a los puntos de interés. Además está en una montaña, imposible bajar a pie a la playa.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated El horario de la piscina y el pool bar muy de cara al turismo inglés, las 17hrs no es una hora para dejar de ofrecer comidas del todo incluido y para cerrar la piscina. Normal que la depuradora de la piscina se pusiera en marcha y la gente siguiera bañándose. La comida del buffet muy repetitiva y de mal sabor. El líquido qie te obligan a poner en las manos, te las deja amargas y te fastidia un poco más la comida.
• Staff: 5 Perdonal amable, un poco inexperto, pero bien.
• Quietness: 2.5 La gente cuando pasa por el pasillo de las habitaciones chilla, corre, salta... Y como no hay aire acondicionado, con las ventanas abiertas, se escucha todo.
• Room: Not rated Mobiliario anticuado. Tipo de decoración no acorde con la ubicación del hotel. No entiendo porque hay cuadros de faros y sitios extranjeros y no fotos de la isla... Ya he comentado lo de las camas supletorias, una vergüenza dormir una semana en una colchoneta...
• Value for money: Not rated La conclusión a la que llego es que no se dan duros a 4 pesetas. Cuando lo reservé, vi que era muy barato para ser todo incluido. Ahora veo que lo que dejas de pagar, te lo dejan de ofrecer. Es por ello que veo que no se corresponde calidad/precio por muy económico que fuera.

• Positive: The junior suite was lovely with sea views. Room a very good standard with comfy beds and Ice cold air con. Only thing that let the recently updated room was the cracked and terrible floor. A shame as room would have been perfect otherwise. Travelled with wife and two children aged 2 & 6.
• Negative: The attitude of two staff let the place down. One on the bar and one on reception when trying to book a trip. One receptionist extremely helpful but the lady in the morning was rude and objectionable. The facilities were Packed so queues everywhere. The general condition of site appeared tired. Due to these negatives

• Cleanliness: 5 Generally clean throughout.
• Location: 5 Great views. Around 300 steps to get to beach so unless fit or not dragging kids along, needed a 5 euro min taxi daily if venturing out.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Very limited entertainment for kids aged 2 and 6 - same kids disco nightly on a raised and potentially dangerous stage.
• Staff: 5 Staff mainly great apart from one in reception and one in main bar which let staff survey down.
• Quietness: 7.5 Very quiet in room. Little disturbance. Site very loud due to volume of people.
• Room: 7.5 Room very good. Just the old tired flooring let it down or would have been excellent.
• Value for money: 5 Average tbh. Won’t go back sadly. Stayed at another Servatur hotel on island which was nicer.
