• Staff: 7.5 At times the staff were brilliant, but at times they had bad lapses resulting in delays and drinks not received
• Quietness: 5 Generally a quiet location but events on the beach to the north of the hotel were very noisey and disturbed the calm of the pool area

• Location: 7.5 Difficult getting into the centre of Valencia. Neither of us spoke Spanish and we found the tram-system a bit daunting. We were surprised there was no hotel mini-bus to do hourly trips into the centre!
