• Negative: I would have preferred if more staff spoke English. Also, while the concierge was extremely helpful when approached, it would have been better if local amenities / options / trips for tourists were %27on show%27 to guests - i.e. leaflets re: bike hire, boat trips, maps. I didn%27t like that you had to ask for everything.

• Location: 7.5 The proximity to the beautiful beach was excellent, but the surrounding area around the hotel was disappointingly under-developed, and comes across as a bad area - I didn%27t feel safe walking around there at night.

• Room: 10 Great view, balcony was lovely (but our seat cushions were missing covers for the whole stay). Only thing about the room was that it was slightly small for a 5* hotel room with sea-view in my opinion.

• Value for money: 7.5 food and room service was ridiculously expensive.I have stayed at extremely luxurious hotel before and never has anybody charged me 20 euros for 2 cups of tea!
