• Staff: 7.5 Staff around the hotel were excellent but this was let down by the restaurant staff who were slow and lacked attention to detail. There appeared to be little management of the team which resulted in chaos which was commented by all parties sat at the tables around us.The restaurant service was not the standard I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated El bar no puede estar en el medio del lobby ya que por la gente de fuera que no son huespedes quita privacidad a los huespedes
