• Cleanliness: 10 Our room was spotless and was cleaned twice every day.
• Location: 10 The hotel is right on the beach, very convenient for beach lovers like me.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Nobody explained to us where to find the pools etc when we first arrived.
• Staff: 10 The staff were exteremely courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet and peaceful.
• Room: 5 I expected the room to be larger, but the view was beautiful.
• Value for money: 5 It is an expensive hotel, but feel that all the extras were not good value for money.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Bottom of pool had lots of sand/dirt/grit in it
• Location: 7.5 Great for the Grand Prix, not so close to the restuarants and shops though
• Common facilities and services: 10 The spa centre is excellent and the customer service in the spa very good.
• Staff: Not rated When we arrived reception we were instructed to take a seat and wait. We waited for over 15 mins (they were not serving anyone else) and then went back to reception again and eventually they served us. Woman on reception sullen and unhelpful. Did not apologise for the wait. She also messed up our booking twice so we couldn%27t access our room two days running. The guy behind the bar at the pool is not nice at all, and very slow to serve (waited over 30 mins one day for 2 x drinks whilst sitting in the seated area by the pool). Waiters at the restaurant not very helpful - couldn%27t get a table in the hotel%27s restaurant for our entire stay. Generally did feel welcome at all. We did complain to the duty manager, but he just shrugged and said sorry. However, the staff at the Spa were brilliant and provided excellent customer service.

• Room: 10 Lovely shower and liked the chocolates left for us
• Value for money: 7.5 I liked the hotel, but it%27s a shame that the staff aren%27t very nice (other than in the spa)
