• Location: 10 If you want to be in the heart of the city centre, this is not the right place. It is about a 10 euro taxi ride to the city centre. This is a place if you want to be by the beach. There are also a ton of excellent local restaurants right next to the hotel so there is no problem ever finding a place to eat. But def not within walking distance of the city centre. We rated location as excellent because we wanted to be next to the beach.

• Quietness: 7.5 It is right next to a huge public beach so it can get loud at times but nothing excessive.
• Room: 10 Our room was tremendous.
• Value for money: 10 250 euro in paris or london gets you a walk in closet bascially in the heart of the city. 250 euros at this hotel gets you a huge room surrounded by luxury so the value compared to the rest of europe is tremendous.

• Staff: 2.5 Mi queja sobre el personal,es relacionada a las propinas. He oido hacer un comentario grosero con respecto a la generosidad de los clientes. En este caso ,fue la propina que dio un familiar mio que no hablaba castellano y el portero hizo un comentario muy grosero,injusto y despreciativo. Mi opinion hacia este establecimiento ha cambiado con respecto al personal. Es una falta de respeto y consideracion hacia una persona y cliente frecuente del hotel, que no tiene obligacion ninguna de dar nada a un empleado,pues este ya combra su sueldo, y este mismo aprovechando q los clientes no entendian castellano hizo el comentario a sus espaldas respecto a la propina que obtuvo en gesto de gratitud por parte de mis familiares.De lo que no se dio cuenta es de que yo si que soy española y entendi muy bien el comentario del portero. Espero que este incidente no vuelva a ocurrir y al portero ,de una edad ya avanzada, se le de una charla de educacion y modales.
