• Positive: The hotel reataurant whick offered good food and service as well as convenience to tired travelers.
• Negative: The area was very busy and commercial and could be loud on the weekends, but this is a very central part of madrid

• Cleanliness: 10 The room and the lobby were spotless.
• Location: 7.5 Very central but very busy and noisy location-but the room itself was very quiet because of double paned windows
• Common facilities and services: 10 free internet access for guests--heated towel racks in room--pleanty of towels. soap etc. Great restaurant right on sight.
• Staff: 7.5 Staff very courteous and helpful, especially evening staff. Staff in restaurant very friendly and efficient
• Quietness: 5 Noise in lobby hallways was a bit of a problem--street is very noisy, but rooms off the puerta del sol are ok
• Room: 7.5 very comfortable, large modern bathroom and and small terrace onto the street, clean and nicely decorated
• Value for money: 10 this was an excellent value for the rate we paid for a quad room.
