• Common facilities and services: 10 Everything within the room was clean as well as in the common areas.
• Staff: 10 Staff was very responsive and very kind. Always willing to help and provide information.
• Quietness: 10 There are many of the room open to an enclosed atrium away from the street noise. This did not prevent rudeness from other guests, however. There were some young men in their early 20s thinking it was appropriate to continue their partying late at night. We notified the staff about the problem.
• Room: 10 The room had plenty of drawer space to place personal items away. Had a very nice working shower.
