• Negative: I just have no complaint with this hotel. This is an excellent value right in the action of Madrid. We returned 2 weeks later and spent another 2 days here.

• Quietness: 5 Both visits we had an inside room--quiet until they start to lift the security windows in the morning. We slept with our window wide open in April.
