• Negative: Noisy drunken British hen party! They only stayed one night, thank Heavens! Don%27t eat in the hotel. The food is very ordinary. Walk in almost any direction and you will find a greater variety at cheaper prices. Madrid is not short of good restaurants and bars.

• Cleanliness: 10 The furnishings in the rooms are not fussy but adequate. The room and bathroom were spotless.
• Location: 10 Couldn%27t be in a better situation. Madrid is for walking and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 As with many Spanish hotels, the reception/common areas are small, but you are there to see Madrid not the inside of the hotel! suggest you walk in any direction and fine
• Staff: 10 The Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous.
• Quietness: 5 Inside rooms can get noise due to internal atrium and outside rooms face on to a pedestrian street. Windows are double glazed.
• Room: 7.5 The room was fine with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was well fitted out with good water pressure.
• Value for money: 10 Having stayed in many 5 and 4 star hotels in Madrid which were overpriced and inconveniently situated and catering for the business traveller, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Great value for money.

• Quietness: 7.5 el hotel y las habitaciones estan geniales y la situacion es inmejorable la unica pega es qeu se escuchan casi tosdos lo sruidos de las otras habitaciones sobre todo el agua de los otros baños,pero de la calle esta bien insonorizada por lo demas genial!!!
