• Cleanliness: 7.5 room was efficiently cleaned every day. Flannels were provided
• Location: 10 The situation was first class for accessing the sights and the metro. There area contains several good small and friendly restaurants.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfasts were good but had no variation. The lift was small.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful, spoke good English
• Quietness: 5 A party next door until 3am one night rather spoilt things. But otherwise it was quiet.
• Room: 5 Comfortable but not large. There was a lack of drawer space.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value for the situation.
