• Positive: I was upgraded from a single to a double next door to the room my travel companions were staying in - and I didn't even ask for a room change. Also loved the lobby area, small living room, candles on the stairs - there was a lovely atmosphere. Staff were great. Location is PERFECT. Oh and the beds are good.
