• Cleanliness: 10 Room, bathroom and public areas all very clean and tastefully deco.
• Location: 10 Chatelet Metro at end of block, several restaurants, bars, patisserie. Notre Dame, Louve, Marais, etc.. all within walking distance.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 No bar, restaurant. Nice lounge, breakfast small but well provided.
• Staff: 7.5
• Quietness: 7.5 with windows closed-excellent. With open depends on activity, day of week, etc...
• Room: 5 small room with little clearance around bed. Bath door opens into room/bed.
• Value for money: 5 For Paris ok, but always think I can find better just part of the continual search for true value for money.

• Staff: 10 Very helpful at all times.
• Quietness: 7.5 Hallway noise at times from other guests checking in or out.
• Room: 10 The size small but adaptable and amenities fine. Windows easy to open and close.
• Value for money: 10 Considering staying in Paris excellent value for the money.
