• Staff: 10 The staff went out of their way to help us with the taxi strike, with restaurant recommendations (which were excellent) and with directions.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 10 The standard rooms were tiny, but we knew that when we reserved. View on street side was beautiful. Bathrooms, though tiny, were well-designed and had lots of spaces to set your cosmetics, etc. Rooms were very clean and well decorated.

• Positive: Very luxury bed linen and bath towels. The house and rooms are very well maintained and clean. No bad smell. Fresh and simple breakfast buffet (there is all you need). We got tickets for the Louvre at the reception: that's outstanding!!!! Very friendly staff. Nice fruit basket in the room.
• Negative: Fabric of the armchair (in our room 35) too old, carpet in the room should either be replaced or cleaned better along the walls and in the corner. Tea kettle should be replaced.
