• Cleanliness: 7.5 Overall cleaning service was great. However, patio area clean when we arrived but not cleaned/washed during our stay. (Birds had been causing some mess during our stay.)
• Location: 10 Near beach and short walk to good restaurants
• Common facilities and services: 7.5
• Staff: 5 Staff always courteous. However, seemed to be confusion over xmas schedule of activities. Very different schedule provided by reception at check-in but new (and revised) schedule was made available later on in stay.
• Quietness: 5 Easily hear noise in ground floor apartment when apartment upstairs occupied. (Only evident during last 2 days of our 2 week stay....so either unoccupied above us prior to that or guests upstairs very quite prior to that.)
• Room: 7.5 Great room. However, towels provided in rooms could do with an upgrade. (Very thin and sometimes tatty.)
• Value for money: 7.5

• Cleanliness: 10 Our rooms were serviced every day-including Christmas day with clean towels and bedding.
• Location: 10 Quiet road outside-500yds to the beach
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Enough to occupy yourselves-especially with a family
• Staff: 10 Couldn't fault anyone.
• Quietness: 7.5 Siesta time was a bit loud around the main pool area
• Room: 7.5 All inclusive but had full facilities in the room-fridge cooker microwave kettle etc. Hot water always on demand.
• Value for money: 10 Food for a 3* was spot on, however the wine-although on tap was awful. The gala dinners were excellent.

• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: It was a very enjoyable stay. Facilities were good and it was very clean. There was lots of variety in the restaurant. It was excellant that the wine and beer and soft drinks were included. It is a well positioned resort in that you are near the beach and shopping area. There are lovely walk ways.
• Negative: Dislike is too strong a word however may the following could be reviewed: 1: linen and towels need upgrading. 2: Reception is very average and friendliness of staff definately needs to be worked at. 3:Maybe the hotel could consider one heated swimming pool for guests travelling off peak and there are many disappointed people by the pool who can't swim between September and May. 4: On Satudary night the line up for entertainment is Movie Quiz night. Many people are heading home on the Sunday and some music or dancing would be more entertaining for the final night.

• Positive: Good clean apartment and well serviced by cleaners, breakfast food very good with lots of choice, pleasant approachable staff.
• Negative: misleading information regards charge for TV card (i.e. room card and reception state one price receptionist says they are wrong and charges another.

• Cleanliness: 10 Apartments, grounds, restaurant, reception all very clean.
• Location: 10 Easy access to beach, bars , restraunts.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Only used Wi-Fi area and quieter pool area.
• Staff: 10 most pleasant and approachable.
• Quietness: 7.5 very good
• Room: 10 Clean tidy well equipped,and comfortable beds.
• Value for money: 7.5 Very reasonable, visit Costa Teguise 5-6 times per year and this is on par with most hotels visited.
