• Negative: No heated swimming pool! I would return in Feb again unless one is upgraded. I note the H10 Lanzarote Gardens now have a heated pool - they didn't when we stayed there a few years ago.

• Location: 10 Close to everything and not too noisy either
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 No complaints, night entertainment not our choice but there wasn't any noise from our apartment to bother us
• Staff: 10 All very helpful
• Quietness: 7.5 The odd noise at night from people coming back late or leaving to go home but I would expect this anywhere on holiday
• Room: 10 Basic accommodation but very clean and spacious, great shower, large balcony and very comfy beds
• Value for money: 10 We flew Ryanair and booked direct with hotel, £650 for four of us all inclusive in two bedroom apartment was great value
