• Cleanliness: 5 appartement très humide (pas de ventilation mécanisée), quelques cafards tous les soirs
• Location: 7.5 centre commercial et situation centrale sur l'ile en font un bon point de départ pour les excursions
• Common facilities and services: 5 une piscine chauffée serait un vrai plus en basse et moyenne saison la qualité de la nourriture est vraiment a revoir pour les clients français (insipide, grasse, lyophilisats de soupes et sauces....)
• Staff: 7.5 rien a redire, très gentils, réactifs et disponibles
• Quietness: Not rated insonorisation inexistante entre les appartements...inconvénients nuit et jour
• Room: 2.5 très humide, on le sent dès l'entrée. des problèmes recurents avec la carte d'accès et la zone fish n'est pas exposée au soleil de la journée, dommage pendant la sieste des enfants, on aurait pu profiter du soleil
• Value for money: 5 un transfert depuis l'aéroport compris dans le tarif serait le bienvenu, le coffre, la télé et le wifi gratuits aussi

• Cleanliness: 7.5 room cleaned 5 times per week. Only fault was the timing of cleaning. Nothing on a set routine. One day was 9.30 am and another was 4.30pm. No consistency
• Location: 7.5 Been before and found this an ideal location for us to walk to the local areas, beach , bars and shops. Local bus stop outside the hotel
• Common facilities and services: 5 Plenty of areas round the pool. Didn't use any other facilities this time. We did notice that the room where the bar is located is very tired and could do with an update
• Staff: 7.5 Every one we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The young members always seemed to have a smile on their faces.
• Quietness: 5 Only fault was the noise from the wind as it blew through the solar panels and made a howling noise. Rather noisy at times.
• Room: 5 Everything you need but could do with more comfy seating area. Rather hard to sit on for a long time.
• Value for money: 7.5 We only paid for self catering . The thing that was lacking was larger cups for making a hot drink. The ones that are in the rooms are rather small and soon go cold. Would be better with beakers/mugs.
