• Negative: the cold pool, my room not cleaned very well and bedding not changed in the 12 nights we were there

• Cleanliness: 5 The complex very clean and kept well. Our apartment was not cleaned very well, or bedding changed all holiday. Towels only changed when asked.
• Location: 10 excellent, 5 minutes through complex opposite and on beach front, 10 min maximum and you are in the town centre.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Variety on entertainment for children and adults, but we choose not to us them
• Staff: 10 Dealt with reception a couple of times and very helpful on both times.
• Quietness: 10 Never had to complain about noise.
• Room: 7.5 Sixe on bedrooms good size, kitchen and living area fine too... balcony good size.
• Value for money: 7.5 Would have liked to pay less, but overall happy with price, we are only self catering.

• Positive: staff very friendly apartments clean kids club fantastic kids really enjoyed it
• Negative: swimming pools very cold could not use them could not get wifi in apartments even though we paid for it food quality went down after few nights they closed down one of the restaurants on 5th of january so we could only eat in el mirador restaurants were quailty was poor had to eat out after a few nights entertainment very bad at night as well

• Negative: Antipatia dos empregados,comida muito medíocre ,a cena de gala foi feita no dia 25 para o 26 de dezembro em vez de 24 para 25 de dezembro,assim se vê o desrespeito deste hotel,tolhas de banho velhas,debaixo das camas e do sofá consegue-se ver a falta de limpeza
