It’s nice that you enjoyed the spacious room and especially the balcony. Our receptionists always strive to make your check-in as comfortable as possible, maybe it was a busy day which led to the missing information, although all of the Resort related information is available in each room of our Hotel, inclusive the timetable for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Our reception staff would have been happy to explain everything to you again if you would have asked whilst still staying with us. Thank you for your remark regarding the vegetarian and Children’s food, it’s much appreciated and will be taken under advisement. We really appreciate that you found our staff to be excellent and we are very sorry to hear that you found some of our staff to be a bit rude, normally our guests are more than satisfied with their service and attention.
