• Positive: The big, modern, beautiful room. That it was a plenty of different places to sit and relax inside/outside the hotel. The welltasting food. The friendly and professional staff.
• Negative: That it was a road outside the balconys. The noice from the cars didn't makes the holiday so relaxing as I thought it should be.

• Positive: La habitación, muy limpia, y bien equipada, cama cómoda y buen baño. La piscina bastante grande y limpia. La comida también, aunque esperaba algo más, pero en general bien. LA ATENCION DE LOS CAMARER@S,COCINEROS (SOBRETODO UN COCINERO DEL ALMUERZO DE GRANADA MUY MUY BUEN TRABAJADOR Y AMABLE), Y TODO EL PERSONAL EXCELENTE.
• Negative: Tanto reciclar la comida (la comida del desayuno, la ponían en la cena, y la del almuerzo también). Un poco el ruido de los shows de los hoteles cercanos, y que no nos dejaron quedarnos en la piscina después de las 12 de la mañana hora de la salía (aunque entramos a las 14:00 horas)

• Negative: no había opción para cambiar a camas matrimoniales, la incomodidad de las camas, la limitación de dos bebidas por persona (all inclusive), la cocteleria fue restrictiva, el complejo hotelero tenia discoteca y en las tres noches que estuvimos ningún día estuvo abierta.
