• Positive: rooms were very clean
• Negative: we arranged a transfer through Arcos when booking but had to wait 50minues at the airport. We were then asked to pay 70 euros when we arrived at the hotel. when booking, the deal was 60 euros. the hotel were good and paid initially and then we settled up later but it was a rubbish start to our honeymoon. We could have arranged a cheaper more reliable transfer easily but trusted that Arcos would manage this.

• Cleanliness: 10 rooms cleaned every day. towels changed regularly. drains in the rooms smelled really bad though. this was consistently an issue each day.

• Room: 10 fridge was handy. large balcony with sun beds was great but we had paid for a superior room.

• Staff: 10 Fueron muy amables en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema con la cama supletoria asignada, y en cuanto lo comenté, no tardaron ni 10 minutos en solucionarlo y cambiarla por otra mucho mejor.
• Quietness: 10 En pleno agosto esperaba mucho más ruido, es un hotel muy tranquilo. Me sorprendió que incluso en la zona de la piscina pudiéramos estar cómodos y relajados!, y que hubieran suficientes tumbonas y estupendas por cierto.
• Room: 7.5 Habitación amplia, camas confortables, estupenda TV, pero una pena que solo se vea un canal en español, un plus la neverita y todo lo necesario para prepararse una infusión o café, el baño con ducha amplia y el lavabo con una buena encimera con gran espacio para el neceser. Nuestra habitación tenía acceso directo a la piscina, y la terraza estaba muy bien, con 2 tumbonas y 1 sombrilla gigantesca, además de 1 mesa y 2 sillas. Nos gustó mucho.

• Negative: The breakfast. A wider variety of breakfast choice would have been welcomed. More fresh fruit (with more options such as pineapple chunks, peach slices, raisins for toppings) and fresh orange juice would have been welcomed.
