• Positive: The staff was so friendly, especially the young woman at the front desk. She was so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and in great repair. We even had a water view (I think all the rooms have a view). Parking was safe, the happy hour was a really nice benefit and the location was right beside a grocery store and near the best beach in town.
• Negative: I can't think of anything I disliked. It's a great hotel.

• Positive: Room was large and great balcony with view. Isabel was great to deal with at the desk.
• Negative: Hotel needed updating. Also, there was no one at reception in the afternoon or evening. It said to go to the bar. When you called down there was no answer (not even transferred to the bar). My concern was if there had been an emergency.
