• Location: 5 Easy to reach the beach and town, both within walking distance. Near a bus stop, supermarket and tennis club.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 As a resident I would have liked free internet. It was only free if you had your own laptop. Internet was available in the lobby but was E2 per 20 minutes.

• Quietness: 7.5 There was a little noise from the bar one night, but generally it was quiet and peaceful.
• Room: 10 Excellent value for money, double room with a large balcony and outside table, and a view of the sea.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for money, especially at this time of year, but it is good value all year round.
