• Positive: Quiet, central, friendly competent staff. Really liked the staff, friendly, helpful but not in your face. 11/10 for the staff
• Negative: The shower in my room, 510, took me 10 minutes to figure out and a soaked floor. I'd have liked a bath as it was a suite. need to be careful with very hot water.
