• Positive: The staff: Alberto personally helped us get our car parked in the very tricky parking garage. The maid (didn't get her name) was very sweet and accommodating. Room was perfectly clean and the bathrooms are nice with good quality towels. Also, the location is excellent. Right on the main square (Sol) where there is always something going on, but we could not hear any of the noise.
• Negative: The beds. Mattress was way too firm for my taste and pillows not particularly comfortable either. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
