• Cleanliness: 10 Cleaning staff very hard working and thorough
• Location: 10 Right at Sol and metro station
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Newspapers and take a book, leave a book shelves were nice touch
• Staff: 10 Front desk staff (men) not very friendly. Cleaning staff was excellent.
• Quietness: 10 Interior room was wonderful.
• Room: 10 Very quiet, small but OK.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good price for Madrid, breakfast seemed expensive for what you got so we ate next door for a 4.95 euro buffet.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Hotel was clean and tidy - stay was severely marred by appalling so-called continental breakfast. I have stayed in many places and to be served a single cup of coffee, one hard roll, one croissant, a single pack of butter and a single pack of jam for 10 euros. Had we been the wiser we could have saved ourselves 20 euros and gone to a local cafe.
• Staff: 2.5 Reception staff I found cold and aloof - nothing more than functional. No small talk, no engagement. Nothing to make my partner and I feel in the slightest bit welcome.
• Quietness: 7.5 Excellent sound-proofing - faultless.
• Room: 5 It was OK - We were expecting a non-balcony room and had a balcony which was appreciated.
