"26/04/2014 Estimado Cliente, gracias por el tiempo empleado para valorarnos. Efectivamente, la arquitectura original de epoca de nuestro establecimiento, conlleva a este tipo de "inconveniente". No obstante, ofrecemos la ayuda de mozos de equipajes para la subida al Hotel. La belleza estetica de los jardines compensa la subida. Un ascensor (caso de que Patrimonio lo permitiera), posiblemente rompería el equilibrio del sitio. Saludos cordiales, LPP (Coordinador de Calidad) "

However, we offer the help of porters for the ascent to the Hotel. The aesthetic beauty of the gardens offset the rise. An elevator (if Heritage would allow), possibly upset the balance of the site.
