"20/05/2014 Estimado cliente, gracias por sus comentarios, los cuales son muy valiosos para corregir las incidencias de nuestro servicio. El tema de la accesibilidad, ya lo hemos comentado en anteriores ocasiones, nuestro edificio historico conserva su arquitectura original que conlleva estos "inconvenientes". Hay una rampla a la largo del paseo de ronda de la muralla que facilita algo el acceso y facilitamos mozos para la subida de equipajes. En otra ocasión, le rogamos que a su salida nos indique las incidencias de la habitación para saber exactamente el número de la misma y actuar en ella. Por otra parte, lamentamos el tema de la suciedad que menciona, suponemos que haya sido algo puntual, pues no en vano, el apartado de limpieza es uno de los mejores valorados, de hecho tenemos algún premio en este area como el de el portal de viajeros Venere.com.
