• Positive: The location to the metros. The metro is the way to get around Paris if you don%27t want to walk. This location was very good for first time visitors who wanted to see the typical Paris sights (Eiffel Tower, The Lourve, Notre Dame, The Opera House, etc. Just a very good location on a quiet street.
• Negative: Their "elevator", "lift" whatever one might call it, it only made for three adults (more likely two). Very difficult if you come with several bags of luggage.

• Location: 10 Right near the River Seine. A very long walk to Eiffel Tower; take a train or taxi. Very close to various metros.

• Staff: 10 All knew how to speak English, all were very very helpful with our needs and explanations on differences in heating apparatus%27.
• Quietness: 7.5 Can hear the person in the next room on a telephone conversation. Unless he was deaf and just happened to be shouting with his conversations.
• Room: 7.5 It is Europe, you know. My room was very compact and comfortable for a single traveler traveling with my niece and her husband.
