• Location: 10 Wonderful area near the river and many excellent monuments and cafes; excellent little side street away from the noise and bustle.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The smell of cigarette smoke in the common areas was definitely unsettling.
• Staff: 10 The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are one of your greatest treasures. They really helped make our visit memorable.

• Room: 7.5 A bit small, relative to other hotels, but very cozy and romantic. We were appreciative of having a room on the street side and up away from the ground floor.
• Value for money: 10 We looked at other hotels in this price range - no comparison.
