• Positive: The atmosphere of the hotel is genuinely peaceful and charming. You immediately feel serene and in love with Paris when you are there.

• Location: 10 Closest Metro stop (Chatelet) is less than a one minute walk. Hotel is within walking distance to Louvre and Bastille in opposite directions along Rue de Rivoli.
• Common facilities and services: 10 They have a beautiful sitting area/tea room that is a very cozy and quaint place to read and relax. The breakfast room is also charming and serene.
• Staff: 10 Wow! Super friendly, excellent English-speakers who are eager to please. They insist on going above simple directions and recommendations.
• Quietness: 10 This was a very serene location and the windows overlooking the streets blocked out all street noise. We heard no sounds of other guests through walls or in hallways.
• Room: 10 This hotel is a very picturesque French setting. The rooms are charming, but NOT Americanized. If you are looking for something with a French traditional flair, this place is for you! The room itself is small by chain hotel standards, but more than makes up for it in charm. No alarm clocks, wi-fi, business line phone, fax outlets, or sit-in tub---just the necessities of a RELAXING leisurely vacation.
• Value for money: 10 For the cost of the room with a lovely full breakfast included, this picturesque, traditional french hotel can not be beat.
