• Cleanliness: 10 The apartment and common areas were spotless.
• Location: 10 Good location with local shops and restaurants; good location for town (downhill all the way); and onsite parking garage.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Good pool; nice cafe bar; laundry. Bowls and gamesroom onsite.
• Staff: 10 Friendly, helpful and courteous. We had a light out on our Terrace and it was replaced within 5 minutes.
• Quietness: 10 Our balcony overlooked the main road but there was no noise of traffic indoors.
• Room: 10 Spacious one bedroom apartment with nice Terrace.
• Value for money: 10 Very good vfm.
