• Negative: - la cena de gala de los jueves empieza a las 19:00 y eso es un horario imposible para españoles y no nos dieron más opciones " o vais a esa hora o no se puede comer luego" - En la cena de gala todos los platos llegaron fríos, secos y sin gusto alguno, todos excepto el último que era entrecot de ternera. - Los camareros me rellenaron mi copa de vino hasta 4 veces sin que yo se lo pidiera, me parece de mal gusto. Yo bebo cuando quiero! - el precio excesivo de las bebidas durante la cena 23€ por una botella de vino que luego vimos que valía 5€ en el mercadona y 3€ pour un agua. Vivo en París y nunca vi esas subidas en vinos de gama media. - el ruido de los bares y discotecas de Puerto Rico desde la piscina y desde la terraza de la habitación - Otro día en la cena me llegaron unas gamabas crudas y una crema catalana que no había cuajado, cuando lo dijomos una camarera no paraba de decir que eso era imposible pero ante la evidencia tuvo que disculparse. La mesa de al lado tuvo el mismo problema. Resultado nos quedamos sin postre.

• Staff: 2.5 Muy amables pero te tratan de metiroso cuando tienes una queja sobre un postre y no paran de rellenar tu copa de vino
• Quietness: 2.5 desde la terraza y la habitación se escuchan los bares y discotecas y ello impide dormir bien, no es culpa del hotel pero si de su ubicación

• Positive: Amazing view from room 814. Very nice and clean hotel overall. Great food selection. Very friendly and always with smile on face staff.

• Cleanliness: 10 Everything spot on. No problem what so ever. Towels changed frequently.
• Location: 10 Less than 10 minutes walk to shopping center and restaurants and pubs. Around 20 minutes to the beach. Very good location in my opinion.

• Staff: 10 Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Adult only hotel so no kids, no fights about sunbeds, no shouting during meals. You can really relax there.
• Room: 10 The best hotel room I have stayed in. I wish to have that mattress at home, so comfortable. And that amazing view from room 814, the best view you can have in my opinion.
• Value for money: 10 You get what you paid for.
