• Location: 10 Good. I don't mind the walk or the steps to the centre. I suppose if you are disabled or overweight it would be a big problem
• Common facilities and services: 5 The food at the poolside bar was abysmal. We only ate there once but didn't pay for it. We couldn't stay in your hotel on the first night and we were put up in a different Hotel because you had overbooked. I didn't really mind this and we're offered something by way of recompense. I wish we had taken the euros now as we took a tasting menu meal on the Thursday night, which was very poor. In fact the couple next to us left to go for a curry because they were so hungry because of the Long drawn out wait. We left before the pudding to o. Also breakfast was pretty average. It was far superior in the ig nachosol where you put us up the first night.
• Staff: 5 The cleaning staff in particular were lovely. Front desk staff were slow and not particularly helpful. The woman who worked in the gym was downright surly. when I asked her a question she just Shrugged her shoulders
• Quietness: 5 We were unlucky and had particularly noisy Irish neighbours.
• Room: 7.5 Needs a little bit of updating. The shower leaked constantly. There was a hole in the hot tub on the balcony where the overflow should have been attached.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Location: 7.5 No está en primera línea de playa pero a cambio es un sitio tranquilo y se puede ir andando a la zona comercial de Puerto Rico
• Common facilities and services: 10 El gimnasio especialmente muy recomendable. El spa caro pero lo que usamos, de calidad. El restaurante, muy superior a la media. En el chillout cockteles de calidad
• Staff: 10 Todo el personal amabilísimo. Nada que añadir
• Quietness: 10 Se oía de noche la música de los garitos del centro, pero la insonorización era muy buena y la climatización también, sin pasar ni frío ni calor podías dormir con todo cerrado.
• Room: 10 Increíble. Apartamento bonito y amplio. El jacuzzi de la terraza una gozada. El equipamiento también fantástico. Había de todo. Cafetera, tostador, menaje completo, hervidor de agua, albornoz y zapatillas. Hasta toalla para la playa...
• Value for money: 10 La relación calidad/precio insuperable.
