• Room: 2.5 Por el precio de la habitación, esperaba algo mejor. Estuvo bien, pero creo que el dinero que pagué lo merece la situación del hotel y la terraza, no la habitación.

• Negative: La averia que hubo en las cañerias de los baños. La avería que sufrió la cocina del hotel (ese dia se suspendió el servicio) y no hubo aviso.

• Negative: Swimming pool/terrace bar could get quite busy and difficult to find space

• Cleanliness: 7.5 I would like to point out that soap dispensers should be checked properly every time as I ran out of hand soap a day before I left and soap didn't get refilled
• Location: 10 Good location, some people might find it noisy, but what do you expect in the City centre?
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 They were good, I didn't have breakfast in the hotel as personally I don't like buffets and I prefer to have breakfast at a traditional cafe.
• Staff: 10 Really good, all helpful, friendly, cheerful and polite.
• Quietness: 7.5 I didn't have any issues, even my room was facing the main roads and it was opposite the lift. Last year when we stayed, our room was on the top of the function rooms with a wedding going on and that was quite noisy. Probably will be good idea to not give those rooms to guests if a late function is programmed for that weekend
• Room: 10 Very good, I had a single with double use and very pleased with it, the wardrobes very spacious and so the bathroom
• Value for money: 10 Very good, I am sastisfied
