• Positive: The position of the hotel and the friendly helpful staff. I’ve been there many times before and the staff have always been wonderful.
• Negative: There seemed to be an awful lot of management keeping an eye on them - at one time there were 3 or 4 in the dining room just standing around observing/criticising.
