• Negative: Those awful pictures/paintings on the staircase! No soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided provided! We only had tea-bags left on three days of our 10-day stay -- no coffee ever! None were available on arrival although a kettle is provided!

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean and tidy.
• Location: 10 Excellent. Close to the beach and other amenities.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Reception staff very good, friendly, and helpful. Outside restaurant is an improvement on previous years; waiting staff very good and a much better menu!
• Staff: 10 Very good: smiles and help given.
• Quietness: 5 Outside noise is non-existent. Inside noise only when nearby occupants let their doors slam loudly!
• Room: 10 We had a seaview room and it was excellent.
• Value for money: 5 Not cheap -- but comparable with other hotels.
