• Cleanliness: 5 Cups in the room were left unwashed and not replaced or cleaned.
• Location: 7.5 Location was the best thing about the hotel for where we needed to be.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Generally ok but no tea or coffee in the room or after hours food or drink available
• Staff: 2.5 Generally staff were good but one manager let everyone down by being incredibly rude to a guest in front of many other guests.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 2.5 Small room, uncomfortable beds, very basic furniture, tiny bathroom and no tea/coffee facility or water in the fridge.
• Value for money: 2.5 No particularly as felt the bedroom really let the Hotel down. If the bedroom was as good as the downstairs then it would have been value for money.
