politique d%27annulation non communiquée lors de la résevation via www.hotel-rive-gauche.net : Si annulation dans délai inférieur à 48 h par e-mail, la chambre est quand même facturée!!! Personne ne repond au mail d%27annulation donc on ne peux pas savoir que la facture va quand même arriver. Si vous appelez pour demander des explications, on vous répond que c%27est la politique de réservation et que vous devez être au courant même si elle ne figure nulle part sur le site internet ou dans le mail de confirmation de réservation. C%27est quand même un comble!!!!

Being on 6th floor with only a tiny lift and we had to ask(twice) for the 2 bed bases and one mattress to be removed from the staircaes as access up and down was blocked. In the end we moved it ourselves!
