• Cleanliness: Not rated We had actually some cockroaches this why I rate it that way the rest look clean alright but cannot get over the cockroaches.
• Location: 10 The location is perfect, in the heart of paris, the only point in my opinion that save this hotel
• Common facilities and services: 5 shower and toilet in the room, very small though.
• Staff: 2.5 The welcome was pretty strange the lady at the desk gave us the key for the room but the room wasn%27t ready we had to wait 2 hours!!!!
• Quietness: 2.5 Our room had window on the street so of course cars are disturbing, thankfully it wasn%27t too much traffic neither.
• Room: 2.5 very small but I wasn%27t expecting a suite for the price. I actually took picture because it was funny how tiny the room was.
• Value for money: 7.5 Price and location are the ONLY qualities of this Hotel, I think in the same area you can find much better for slightly more money

• Positive: nothing really!! The room we were in (with a toddler) 105 was disproportionate with no view really.. 1 window at end of room was overlooking other rooms.. no kettle for tea/ coffee in the room (u could actually take it down from the kitchen).. cold bfast served.. timings are 7-10:30 but after 9, no one to serve you.. just make do with whatever is there on the table!! Person at reception was friendly.
• Negative: Just Paris the city was beautiful.. well to be fair, location was its not ideal but very near to eiffel tower so u could walk that.. the hotel is actually in a tiny lane overlooking other houses!!!

• Cleanliness: 5 Limpieza adecuada, si descontamos un bicho en el baño y humedades bajo el radiador. Lo único limpio en realidad eran las sábanas.
• Location: 10 La situación es muy buena respecto a los más famosos monumentos.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No use los servicios comunes porque con lo que vi en la habitación ya tubimos bastante
• Staff: 5 El personal es amable y si descontamos que nos dieron la habitación la parte vieja y destartalada del hotel a sabiendas (nos vieron cara de idiotas o es que creen que por 105 euros no merecemos tener una buena habitacion??) nada que objetar. Cuando quisimos irnos nos fuimos casi sin problemas.
• Quietness: 5 Hay mucho ruido exterior
• Room: Not rated No he visto habitación más cutre en mi vida, y eso que he viajado a albergues. Cutre y vieja. Pero lo peor era que el suelo estaba hundido y el ascensor parecía un nicho.
• Value for money: 10 Muy caro para lo que es. En cualquier caso, si lo elegis, no os dejeis timar y pedid la parte reformada del hotel.
