• Positive: I had an early flight and there was a taxi waiting for me outside at 4:30am. that was awesome. Checking in was easy and pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar area look really cool and I felt disappointed that I wouldn't get a chance to try it since I was only staying for one night. Also you can order food anytime you want. Nice touch
• Negative: I needed a converter and when i called downstairs I was told that they had one but when I got there the receptionist handed me a box with a bunch of twisted up converters from everywhere in the world and basically told me to figure it out. she was a bit rude about it. Not very helpful.
