The hotel Plaza Mayor is located in an historical building with more than 200 years of antiquity in the popular Plaza of Santa Cruz and in front of the Plaza Mayor of Madrid. Our Hotel opened its doors in 1997, in 2007 the hotel was reformed and extended its rooms until the present 33 rooms and our Palomar Suite. We offer all the advantages of careful and personal. Our personnel will serve as aid offering you all the information that you need during your visit, person to person. We are an excellent election for the independent traveller who’s looking to discover the traditional flavour of Madrid in a different and calm way.

"Sentimos las molestias no vamos a entrar en insultos y falta de educacion al trabajo de mucha gente aqui y sobre todo basandonos en miles de comentarios buenos y malos pero siempre con rigor y educacion con notas muy aceptables casi siempre actual 8.8. Solo explicarle que existen hoteles de 1 a 5 estrellas ..y los precios van acorde lo que pago usted esta muy por debajo del precio medio siendo un hotel de 2 estrellas...sus familaires estuvieron un habtiacion muy amplia dandoles una superior al mismo precio cosa que nosotros intentamosdar mejore calida precio pero no podemos tener todas la habtiaciones de un hotel 4 estrellas en un hotel 2.. Ya que usted dice que nunca estuvo en un hotel tan malo le recomendamos pague la proxima el triple o mas por un hotel de 5 estrelllas asi quizas este contento aunque lo dudamos porque su falta de educacion ha quedado muy clara en todo momento desde que entro por la puerta de este hotel"
