• Negative: I would have liked it if the room provided soap & shampoo. The soundproofing between the rooms is very weak.

• Positive: Central location, clean, breakfast good value for money
• Negative: Uncomfortable bed and hard pillow, needs updating (curtains were hanging off the rail). Very noisy at night - couldn't sleep (sounded like they were moving furniture around every night in the room above me!)

• Location: 10 Very near to Plaza Mayor square, and a short walk to the Prado, Reina Sofia, Real Palace etc.

• Staff: 7.5 Staff on reception were helpful
• Quietness: 2.5 Very noisy, couldn't sleep. Quiet room (overlooked a courtyard) but people in room above seemed to move furniture around every night (hourly!) and kept having showers constantly throughout the night! Needs soundproofing.
• Room: 5 Small, single room. Basic.
• Value for money: 5 In a good area, so worth the cheap price.

• Positive: Central location. Small, compact, quirky hotel. Felt safe and secure. Our room(105) had two tiny balconies. Great for people watching. Excellent price in comparison to other hotels in area. Clean and had friendly/helpful staff. Two minutes from Plaza Mayor. Lots of restaurants/bars around, Access to local transport and easy to walk around area.
• Negative: Basic shower gel in bathroom. No bin in room for rubbish., (I don't mean food stuff)just paper stuff.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Couples, Classic style lovers, Budget travelers
