• ここが良かった: Marco! He made the entire stay much more enjoyable. Others that worked the front desk area were not warm, friendly, helpful, or welcoming. Marco was all of that and more.
• ここが気に入らなかった: Noise! This hotel is on a very busy street, of questionable safety, and it was very noisy nightly until 2 or 3 am. Never got a great night's sleep. And the bathroom smelled terrible.

• 立地条件について: 5 Neighborhood seemed unsafe, LOTS of graffiti everywhere, fights right outside the hotel window.
• 設備やサービスについて: 10 Lobby was comfortable, breakfast was good, altho' too expensive, pool area was nice, but water was COLD!
• スタッフ: 5 Marco was fabulous in every way. Others at front desk were below average.
• 騒音について: 採点なし We had a room overlooking the street and the people making noise until 3 in the morning kept me from getting any sleep. Closing sliding glass door helped only slightly.
• 客室について: 5 Bed was comfortable. Facilities were acceptable - a larger desk would be helpful, but there may not be room for that.. Bathroom had sewer smell that never went away.
• 満足度は？: 5 Hotel itself was fine. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood (but did within a couple of blocks walk).
