The central location with proximity to La Rambla and the sights was convenient. Lots of places to eat close to the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and accommodated all the requests we had.

It was noisy from outside of the hotel with crowds on Rambla del Raval and on the side street our room faced. It would often be noisy into the early hours of the morning.

The fact that apparently according to your mail, "the swimming pool is not available because of technical problems".
But in reality the swimming pool is not even finished ! It stay in construction !

Perfectly clean when we arrived, but didn't get any room cleaning during our stay (4 days) because there is apparently none in afternoon even when we asked for that.

No pool. Cleaning staff not knocking on the door before entering a room. No water bottle in the room after the first day which really shows the attitude of the hotel.

Not service oriented. Always use the fact that the hotel is bad to justify their work which is more than annoying and just emphasize the fact that no one was ready to open

Hôtel tries to position itself on the high end sector when it can't even assume a basic level of service.. annoying and disappointing. A nice room does not make a good hotel, staff does.
